bios upgrade help

ok if i want to upgrade a MB Bios that hasnt been done and there are like 6 or 8 different upgrades do i have to do them all individually or just the latest? This is on an abit sm5-a.

Just the latest, it will contain all previous changes.
PS, don't upgrade unless you have a real need. There is always a risk when you flash your bios. You won't notice any improvement in your system unless your getting a feature that is needed for some operating system or device.
