BIOS updating

I just downloaded a BIOS update for an older A-Bit mobo that I have, and ran it. Now I have a *.bin file and I'm not sure what to do now, can someone help? Do I load it onto a floppy and have my startup boot from floppy??

thanx

you need to put it and an abit flash utility which you should be able to find on their website onto a floppy disk

then, you need another win98 startup disk which you can either make if you're running win9x or WinME or you can download it from bootdisk.com

boot off the boot disk, then put in the second floppy disk with the bios and .bin and run the flash utility
