@bios update

Ok so I just put my computer together today with only a few problems. Right now I'm wanting to update the bios for the motherboard. Gigabyte has a program called @BIOS, which lets you update your bios over the internet and then it reboots your computer and then all is good. I installed the program, updated the program so that I have the latest version of it and now I'm at the part where you have to actually do it.

My motherboard model is ( looking right on the manual and box ) GA-965P-DS3/S3

Here is the screenshot: here

Safe to go ahead and update it with that one thats selected?

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I just realized how small that screen shot is. I must have saved it wrong. Lemme know if you need a bigger one.

I have a Gigabyte 945 mobo. I used @Bios to update mine from BIOS file I downloaded from Gigabyte. If you do not have a floppy (and who does nowadays), you can update from a USB flashdrive using the HP method and virtual floppy (Google search for procedures or search forums).
