BIOS update using XP

I am trying to update my BIOS for the Abit BE6 motherboard. In the instructions on updating the BIOS from the Abit site, it says to copy the system files to the bootable floppy. Where is this option in Windows XP???

when you choose to format the floppy disk, you have the option to format with system files. just right click on your floppy and choose "format"

edit: DUDE!! my post went above yours! cool !

Yes, I know what you are referring to. However, "Copy system files only" is not one of the format options. The format options in XP are:
1. quick format
2. enable compression
3. create an ms-dos start up disk
I'm assuming the ms-dos start up disk option is not the same as copy system files. Where is this "copy system files only" option???

The create MS-DOS startup disk is what you want. In Win95/98 there was an option to click to "copy system files" to make the disk bootable but XP doesn't.
