BIOS Update SetiDriver Bug?

<Scared Cry>errmmmm i just updated my BIOS...now SetiDriver is not showing a completion time and is just sitting at 0% for the last 5 min HELP!!! </Scared Cry>

Mobo is a cheap ECS k7s5a

mmmm never mind fixed apparently it reset windows time that messed up the completion time..anyways ok now i have a DDR question anyone in here have an ECS mobo anyone know the best settings for DDR in the bios?
 
Leave it another 10 mins, then if its still not working, get back to us.
