Bios update problem

When I try and update my bios with Asus update utility, I get the error; Fail to verify EEPROM with new BIOS image
any idea what I need to do?
I've tried other forums with no luck.
 
Uncheck the "Reserve DMI Data in Flash ROM" check box and try again.
I had the same experience two days ago flashing version 1005A.
If that does not work, download an updated version of ASUSUpdate.
