BIOS Update on Sapphire HD4850?

Anyone has a good bios profile for the Sapphire HD4850? i haven't flashed a graphics card before and read about the RBE but don't want to mess with the bios as I might put in the incorrect values.

I just hate that without 3d activity, the GPU still is at 500/750.

Use ATI Tray tools (get rid of CCC) to set a 2D and a 3D profile...you can even lower the voltage. I've done this with my 4870. That way you won't risk your card with a BIOS flash either.
