Bios update on Gig UD3P

Can the gig boards (or at least this one in particular) be updated via USB drive?

The UD3 series' BIOS has a utility called Qflash. It will update the BIOS from a BIOS file located on any storage device with a FAT partition, including a USB flash drive. Read more here.
