bios update killed?

i updated my bios to 2895100Q using phlash16 and everything went smooth.it completed without an error and it asked me to restart. after that nothing happened.no post no beeps no display. is somethin wrong big time?
 
in k8we there is a bios reset switch is tht wht u talkin abt?(i did tht already) or do i have to do somethin else? there is no jumper in the manual which points out on how to reset cmos.
 
Yes the BIOS reset is the same thing.

Aside from the usual, reseat all cards, mem, cables etc I cant think of anything offhand.
