Question Bios update flash function on Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF

Does the Dell Optiplex model 9020 small form factor desktop computer have the "Bios update flash" option on the boot menu which allows the update of the BIOS version via a USB thumb drive ? Am asking because computer does not currently have hard drive which means that it does not currently have OS.
