BIOS tweaking on the MSI (Via Apollo Pro)

I own a MSI 694D Pro AR with BIOS version 3.2.

I've heard that by tweaking your mobo Bios (in VIA Hardware) could increase your memory performance greatly! I've tryed it! with the tools they say!

But the problem is: when following all the steps they say, my system (win2k pro) locks up like they say it might!
I've then tryed to do it in the BIOS like they recommend, but I can't find the place to do it!

Can anyone help me please?
