I know this is stupid. I hit a video performance problem while playing FIFA2001. So I thought , just upgrade the driver or reinstall the driver. So I proceeded and downloaded the driver and bios.

Unknowingly, I went to upgrade the bios. The bios pgm pops a window to tell me that my bios is more current so I aborted the bios update. Then the program hangs. Stupidly, I went to reboot the PC and now my monitor displays a blank screen.

Looks like my VGA card's bios is gone. Anybody got any idea how to recover from this ?
Now I can't even use the computer or surf the web at all.

Help !

get a pci videocard & hook up your monitor to it.remember to change video order in bios for pci card before agp.use generic windows drivers for the pci card
reflash the v6800 bios with latest bios file you can find!
hope it works for you
