Just wondering... but my BIOS temp readings always show CPU temps a lot higher than using the VIA Hardware monitor software.
BIOS:
CPU - 40-45
Ambient - 30
Software:
CPU Idle - 32-35
Ambient - 27-29
Just curious, which readings are more accurate? Or would it be somewhere in the middle? I haven't had any troubles yet for over a week now, and even at full blown 3D rendering the CPU usually stays around 40-45 with VIA's software. I would think the numbers should be a litle higher? I am using thermal grease though.. but just trying to get a better understanding of the temps. Thanks!
