Question Bios stuck after update

Bios stuck after updating it to f20 version from f4,, now i cant entering bios at all and the key that work only ctrl, alt and del for restart just to stuck again after reboot,, i ve try to reset bios but its doesnt work either, anyone have way for it please?? Im using gigabyte a320m-ds2 mainboard
 
Did you have the bios on a thumb drive? I once updated the bios on an Asus board years ago when it rebooted I thought it was finished and removed the thumb drive. Bios was stuck it hadnt finished. i put the thumb drive back in and it finished . Not sure if its the same thing with the Gigabyte board but just a suggestion.
