BIOS Settings Keep Changing, and Other Weird Stuff

Well every time my computer starts up, the FSB is set to 100. When I go into the BIOS though, it's set correctly at 200 and I save and quit and it loads up right next time, but then if I power off it changes again. Sometimes my computer starts for no good reason at all.... which is odd. Also when I try to put my computer into suspend mode, it beeps a lot. Any suggestions as to what to do?

Abit NF7-S v2.0
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ @ 200x11, 1.7V
Windows XP Pro
Kingston VRAM DDR333 512MB @ 333 6-2-2-2
Samsung DDR333 512MB
NVidia GeForce3 Ti200

That beeping is code for something. Read your mobo book. Also, check the watch battery on your board, it might be running down.

Also the beeping seems random, like: beep bo - - - beep bo - bo bo-- beep -- beep bo beep -- bo beep --- beep beep beep bo -- and so on. Maybe it's trying to talk to me...?

beeping can be overheat alarm from the BIOS. You may have the warning level set too low. All could be effects of a low battery - Just replace it, clear the CMOS, check/reset all your BIOS settings and relax.

Well I have the overheat temp set at 65, which my CPU never gets close to. Anyway I switched batteries, cleared the CMOS, checked settings. I even clocked my processor back a bit, but the same problems persist.
