BIOS Settings for the ABIT KT7

Hello Everyone,

Can someone share with me their BIOS settings that are stable and will give me good performance? My specs are listed below.

BTW: How do I overclock it to 1Ghz?

You have a very nice setup my friend. What I have done to set up my bios is go to www.tweak3d.net and look at the "tweak guide" for the "geForce" video cards and it will have optimal bios settings for that specific video card. You can find good articles on o/c the t-bird at www.overclockers.com and at www.tomshardware.com.

Basically just max everything out (like I did) and see how it runs.
