BIOS settings for successful o/c ?

i need tips on initial settings,to see how far the cPU will go,and be sure bios settings are not hendering my overclock..please help????PRO 2 A/1 gig T-bird

My Duron 700 runs stable at 1.083GHz on an Abit KT7 (nonRAID) mobo. Here are my relevant bios settings:

Enable DRAM WK Page Mode --> Disabled
