Bios settings for CPU config

I'm not totally sure what a few of these mean. Can anyone give a brief explanation and their best setting. Thanks in advance.

Probably won't be any help - you probably know the ones I know.

CPU Ratio Setting - BCLK times this equals speed - 20x133=2.66
Enhanced Halt State - ?
Intel Virtualization Tech - ? - allows to run virtual machine ?
CPU Thermal Throttling - backs off on clock if temp is reached
No-Execute Memory Protection - I think it has something to do with anti-virus protection?
Intel HT Technology - hyper-threading
Active Processor Cores - if you only want to use x number of cores (less than all)
A20M - ?
Intel SpeedStep tech - not sure if it is turbo boost or the slow down to save electricity/heat or both?
Intel C-STATE tech - ?
