Bios setting for Compaq Presario

Bought a used system with everything else but hard drive, tried 3 different HD but can't
get it to see c:/

How do I get to the bios setup for a Compaq Presario to change the settings?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

DEL, F2, F8, F10 or F12 on boot-up to get into the BIOS.

See if it recognizes the HDD. If it does, set it to boot to the HDD first.

Thanks for your help.

My mistake, F10 got me into the bios setup on 2nd attempt.
