I've recently begun overclocking my new system following this guide:

Anandtech post
I'm using a ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler.
Using TAT I see my temps are around 30c idle and 40c under load from SP2004 Orthos
With voltages at :
CPU Core: 1.45V
CPU FSB: 1.5V
nForce SPP: 1.50V
I can't seem to get the FSB past 1300 MHz resulting in around a 2.9MHz result. What happens is during the POST I get a message saying that your computer is now in safe mode (Not windows safe mode as if it had blue screened.) Please change your frequencies and voltages in advanced chipset features. F1 to continue or enter setup. If I continue with F1 it goes into windows with stock settings. (no OC)
Does this mean that I need to alter another setting (voltage?) if I want to get higher? It just seems that I should be able to get better results than this.
Any help or direction would be appreciated!
