bios reprogramming with similar design?

i have my intel dg41cn motherboard,i am in plan to reprogram the bios chip,can i use this bios chip W25Q64FVAIG
instead of 25Q16BVAIG as 25q64 is similar to 8 pins,thanks

Any particular reason you would want to do that? A quick Google search shows that they can both be purchased online, so why not just stay with the spec chip?

yes the particular chip is expensive for me to get and its in lots and the other chip i mentioned would be cheap and shipped to me in single ,thank you for the reply
