A new BIOS was also released for the "DS3" model, F13 final. Previous two versions were F13a beta and F13i beta. Changelog is same as for DS3L.

I flashed to F8 yesterday.
For me:
Speed-Step doesn't work, it stays @ 6x
Half-mulitplier option isn't there anymore.
Went back to F8f.

According to my motherboard manual there should be an "Integrated H/W Lan" option which I don't see in the bios. I guess I need to reset to optimized settings and see if it shows up.

Nope. The only customizing that board/hardware vendors do is branding. i.e. put their logos or company name in the setup program, change the device name so that it says "Gigabyte Name" instead of "Chip Maker's Name"), and maybe change some of the default device settings (which you can almost always change through the advanced properties/settings for the device).
