Bios Random Resets......

For quite some time I have had issues with my BIOS resetting itself. I have replaced the CMOS battery several times. Recently my power supply went bad and I now have a new one. I hoped it was a problem with the power supply, but the problem is still present.

Occasionally, the board will not even post. It does not even do the start up beep. The power supply is running and giving power, but no post beep. If I power down , then restart it will start up, but I occasionally have to fix the bios. The main issue is I do not have a 1.44 inch drive, so it stops loading saying the drive is not found.

What the heck is this? How can a BIOS intermittently go out? It works more then it does not...so I doubt its the chip.

Is this defective? I just had to RMA my graphics card for going bad.......I'd hate to have to RMA this board too!
