BIOS Problem!

I have a Asus P3V4X with p3 650E, 128mb memory and 3dfx voodoo 3.
The problem is, every time I turn on the computer, I find the system clock set to the exact time I turned off. I have to manually correct it in the BIOS. And I have not tried to overclock it at all.
Any ideas as to what may the cause be?
Thanks.

Did you try a new battery?

You should change the title of you other thread to Please lock, so that you don't confuse people.

I did not even know there was a battery. Can you tell me where it is located and how I can replace it.

Thanks for your help.
