I have been recommended a web site which goes into detail about all the various functions and settings within the BIOS.It's very useful for understanding the implications of all the enable/disable settings and the optimum settings for various configurations and how they affect performance.Anyone who would like to tweak their BIOS settings for new builds or for general use should check it out.Lots of very good info.
