Bios on IBM Thinkpad 600x

Ok, i would like to know how you enter the BIOS on my IBM thinkpad 600x. I tried DELETE, F5, and F8, they didn't seem to work. Anyone know?

Also, if you own one of these, have you installed SP2 on it? I only have SP1 and all the usefull updates on mine. Has anyone tried compairing running XP PRO verse WINDOWS 2000 PRO? The first question is the one I need the most, the other are just things I would like to know. Thanks.

A) F1 Key gets you into BIOS.

Q) Also, if you own one of these, have you installed SP2 on it?
A) Yes I have installed XP SP2 on my 600X. It works fine.

EDIT: Got another question. If you have one of these, what all from the IBM's website did you download for it? I was going to install the Windows XP Supplement Files and the Battery MaxiMiser. Anything else?

Also, does anyone know of a good monitoring program, so I can monitor everything on my thinkpad?
