Bios not saving settings

I'm in the middle of overclocking an E4300 on a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3. The problem I'm running into is that 3/4 of the time my BIOS is turning off my changes. I'll make my FSB and voltage changes, choose the save & exit option from the menu and restart. I'll load up windows and it will be showing the default 9*200mhz. I'll reboot and go into the BIOS and my changes will still be there, but 'CPU Host clock controller' will be set to 'disabled' effectively negating any changes I had made. The really strange thing is that every once in a while it will work, and I can't tell that I'm doing anything different between the times it works and the times it doesn't. Does anyone have any idea of what I might be doing wrong?
