Bios not saving Memory timings settings!

I just picked up an albatron 845 PE Pro 800 motherboard and it won't save my memory settings for some reason. I have samsung DDR 400 memory that is currently clocked at 425, and the only settings that I can enable are 2.5, 7, 3, 3, 1. The motherboard won't let me save any timings that are lower with this memory. Any ideas why?
 
Because that's already fairly aggressive for DDR400 memory, not even speaking about overclocking it.
