Sounds like the motherboard failed. Return it under warranty.

Have you reset you bios? Switch off or unplug your main power to the computer, remove the battery on the motherboard and change over the jumper to the reset position. Push the power on the case to make sure everything is drained. reinsert the battery and put the jumper back in it's original position.

If you start with no memory installed will it beep? Do you have the speaker hooked up?

It's a little early to start sending away for warranty, I think. Check the obvious.

When you install a new card, that often involves removing cables at the back so you can easily turn the box sideways (otherwise, you might stretch a cable or pull it out accidentally). The LED on your monitor is blinking to tell you "no signal". Check your video cable (both ends). Is it plugged in, and exactly the same way as before?

Don't laugh; I've done it.

If that's not it, take out the tuner card and verify that all is back to normal. If so, the problem is the card, but that doesn't mean it's broken.

What model of card is it? Is it one of those video cards that includes a tv tuner, or is it "just" a tv tuner? Does it have it's own VGA or DVI output, and are you using it, or are you using the output on your original video card?

I would reset the BIOS (look for a switch on the motherboard that says (CLEAR CMOS or CLR CMOS)
