I'm trying to underclock my CPU to reduce heat and fan noise. Is there a software that allows me to adjust the FSB?
 
If you want to reduce noise, I recommend a zalman fan mate rpm adjuster. I just installed one on my new celeron heatsink yesterday. It reduced the top end fan speed by about a third. The whining noise was most annoying.
