Bios for PC-chips M571

[PAT31850]

I have an older M571 board that I want to make use of. The Bios checker says that it is made to support Pentium only and I have tried aAN AMD k6 2-400 and cant get it to stabilize at any setting. Was wondering if anyone has ever put on a new bios that supports AMD? I have a P166 in it now but its really slow. Any ideas?
