If your BIOS supports USB drive or you can make a bootable CD.
There are plenty of posts here about it or how to's on the web.

Most people will flash to the latest BIOS just because it comes out. If your system is running fine, then don't touch it is my theory..

You can also easily make a bootable cd with the Nero OEM software available on ebay for about 10$. Or on early Norton systemworks packages they allow you to boot right from their CD rom.

Or if you can temporarily install a floppy---just make a system disk out of your floppy on another computer system and copy your old bios bin file to floppy along with AWD flash program from the internet. Then run the AWD flash Program and you should be back with the old bios. Don't forget to tell the system to boot from floppy in the system bios.
