BIOS Flashing for Tyan Tiger MP, how the heck is it done right?

I am having trouble flashing my friend's Tiger MP motherboard to remove annoying NMI blue screen errors. The thing is, it will never let me flash. Keeps telling me of some error, or can't find the ROM file, or something about HiMem Manager and then it won't let me flash the bios. It will tell me to press any key to exit. What is the step by step way to correctly flash the bios of this board?

Tyan's site gives no info on how to flash it correctly. Someone please help!

Looks like someone doesn't want to do their homework. The Tyan Site does indeed have BIOS flashing instructions listed. In addition, there is a page for getting the latest flashing utility. It took me all of about 4 minutes to find the info, type the message and finish this response. Please do your homework next time or you won't be allowed out to play anymore.

ur using a boot disk right??????? ........ u cant flash it unless you do ....... u need the sys files, flasher prog (exe) and the updated bios (bin) on the disk

And you need to boot off a floppy disk that doesn't have any memory managers loaded. Yours does which is why it is giving you an error about himem.sys being loaded.

When you boot the disk, at the A: prompt dont just type phlash, or phlash exe and then try to flash.. you have to type in the whole enchilada at once. Example
