BIOS Flashing 9800 Pro 256mb to 9800 XT?

Can somebody tell me how to do it? And what tools to use? The only reason I am considering this is because I want to Overdrive feature. But how safe is this? If you look at the fans between the 9800 Pro and the 9800 XT, the fan is far larger. Look at the screenshots here:

I am sceptical because the drivers might use the Overdrive feature thinking it has a good enough fan to keep and cool, the bang, my card fries.
