Bios Flash with a Jump drive

Hello I am attempting a bios flash with a jump drive. I am having some difficulties with nvflash. I am typing in the order nvflash 5 newbios.rom and it is havine i/o issues. Please help.
 
mvktech just google it but they always use floppies some mobos have issues with jump drives on startup i suppose you could use a cdrw though
