BIOS flash problems

When trying to flash the bios on my motherboard using AWDFLASH.exe, I got the following error:

BIO Image File Check Sum Error
You can't update this image file!
Check to see if FDD & HDD error occurred
Please Download Again Your Source File

I know it's not the source file, as I've downloaded it several times. What could be the problem?

I'm using an ASUS A7N8X and the bios file I am updating with is 1010-b.bin.
