Bios flash how to/tips

I will be building my first comp with the new chaintech nforce4 ultra mobo. THe only thing I am worried about is if I have to flash the bios. That scares me. Anyone know what the process is or got a website. I need a step by step guide. Brief or in depth whatever. If there is no problems, I read that Ishould stay with my bios and not flash. I am not overclocking anything so I think I'll be safe, but Id like to have the info just in case something happends . Thanks

if its not broke, dont fix it

meaning, unless you have a serious problem, dont worry about flashing your bios. Its usually not a necessary action, unless something is seriously wrong with the shipping bios, and you cant get your computer running without a flash.

as long as your power doesnt go out and if you use a floppy, as long as it isnt a corrupt floppy you will be aok
