Bios flash gone somewhat wrong... who do i go to for RMA and what do i tell them?

If you just recently bought it you could most likely return it to newegg, even though it was technicaly user error or whatever you want to call it, but I don't think they would care. Also www.badlfash.com sells freflashed bios chips specific to your motherboard, with the latest bios versions, and I beleive they are fairly cheap, and very good company.

the easiest thing to do is rma your board to the retailer if you recently got it or to the maker for the 1 year warranty

but you flashed your board so there was a reason why you needed a newer version of the bios
if you rma you board and get a newer one chances are that board's bios won't be the latest one either

i would figure out the flashing proceedure with the board you have now and then if that still doesn'w work than rma the board

it took me several tries to figure the proceedure since the mobo maker's web page sometimes had bad english and their tech people's english was also not much better
