I have a Visiontek Week 45 TI200 w/ 3.20.00.18.14 bios, is there a newer bios available for my card?

If so, any increase in perf?
 
I would also like to know where to get updated bioses for Visiontek cards. There website didn't have much of anything.
 
Usually bios don't increase performance. It usually resolves hardware compatability. You shouldn't upgrade unless you want to damage your card by accident.
