BIOS Flash-Error loading OS

Following rebuilding a new system, I did a clean install of Windows XP Pro, loaded all of the drivers and the system worked great. I then flashed the BIOS (used ABIT FlashMenu 1.33) and now "Error loading OS" comes up on a boot.
How can I get my OS back?
Motherboard: Abit KV8-MAX3
OS: WindowsXP Professional
OS was installed on RAID 0 array, partitioned "C" drive.
BTW, I flashed from BIOS 16 to 18. I can get into the BIOS & it shows that the BIOS is now 18.
Thanks

No offense but why did you flash in the first place? I only flash if something is not working correctly. I would try flashing back to the old bios.

The flash may have reset all the parameters in the RAID bios if its onboard raid. Go back in and check that all the Raid parmeters are set as they were before. Hopefully you wont have to reformat and reinstall.
