Under Platfrom Misc Configuration:

PCI Express Native Power Managment: Disabled

Enabled = Vista controls ASPM for the device
Disabled= BIOS controls ASPM for the device

What is the best option to pick. By default it is disabled.

I vote for leaving it on the default disabled setting. Is this your Z87 motherboard? I'm surprised it mentions "Vista" in the BIOS item.

Yes, its on the Z87. It seems some companies do not update wording. And as we all know windows 7 is just vista matured.............
