BIOS Failure on GA8INXP

Sorry I meant to post this under the 8INXP thread to start with, but I guess I'll leave a copy here also. Here's my problem, I flashed my bios up to F4 from within Windows. Once I rebooted, It hung after showing a certain amount of data, I've included a link to the picture I took of the screen. If anyone has any idea how to fix this without RMA'ing the board it would be greatly appreciated.

this is what it looks like.

I powered off, unplugged the psu, removed the battery then reconnected everything and it still did that.

Have you been able to get your board to POST and then to a DOS prompt with only videocard and one stick of RAM connected? If so have you tried to flash back to the previous BIOS?

I'm sure there must be a key you must hold down during POST to allow the backup BIOS to kick in. Dont have the manual handy at the moment.

Thats what I thought, just checking here to see if anyone had any miracle ideas since we all know the agony that is RMA. Thanks a bunch guys.
