Bios doesn't startup

I just built a new system

giga-byte GA-7nnxp
athlon xp 2500 barton
2 256 ocz pc 3200
leadtek geforce2 gts 32mb

I boot up the system and I don't here the bios beep.
I also don't get any video. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
Recheck all connections starting with the speaker connector, HS, RAM, videocard and cable orientation...red stripe on pin1.
 
Red stripe is on pin1 on the IDE and floppy connectors (and twisted end of cable on the floppy drive). The MB's manual should have instructions for correct placement of the other connections.
