What does your SB-Live! (or any other soundcard as well) show up as in the bios device list (after the computer have booted)? I
I'm asking because I'm having trouble with SB-live. My M/B recognizes it as "unknown pci device" with no irq. It have worked before with default bios settings and the bios I'm running now. I have tried 3 different bios'es (and I think I have tried to alter all options in the bios). The board works fine with other pci devices like NIC, video cards and so on, so I don't think its a problem with the pci slots. The Live! isn't defect because it works great in other computers.
I'm all exhausted here....
the motherboard is an A7V (the old KT133 version) rev 1.01 currently with a 1008 bios (worked fine before).
The problem occured after a bios hot swap.
