BIOS CULS2-C Udate?

I am selling one of my computers and the person I am selling it to, is incapable of updating the BIOS of the mobo.

Right now, the BIOS is from late 2000, and I guess there is a newer one.

Before I re-install (after a format), should I update the BIOS, even though the system is running just fine?
