Could anyone please tell me how to bypass the bios password without having to flash the bios or open up the computer.

Why do you need to bypass a bios and why can't you open the computer?

I don't think there are any out there. You will have to reset the BIOS in order to remove the password.

How would you boot into the software if the system prompt you for a password? You wouldn't even be able to boot off a CD.

I read about some software called "pc bios security and maintanance kit" that could bypass the password but i could not find a link to it.

By far the easiest solution is to just crack the case & clear the CMOS ... if your friend can't manage to find the jumper just have him/her carefully remove the battery from its holder & leave it out for a couple minutes.

Keep in mind the BIOS will need to be re-configured after this which may present a whole new set of problems.

That may be, but under the assumption you are already logged into Windows. If you arent, only way to do it is manually reset the BIOS. The bios loads before ANYTHING else, so if you cant get past that, you aint gonna get nothin.
