bios boot cd wont show bios files?

Im trying to get my ABIT IP35 bios 14 update into my system through a CD boot disk im making in nero 7, but when the CD boots...and i see the a: directory it shows 8 files, none of which is the "runme.bat" bios update file that i burned into the compilation.

I chose boot disk option in nero, and put the files in, but i cant find them anywhere in DOS...

Im very confused...im using vista 64...if that somehow has an effect.
