Bios Beep - Help

I have just built my new rig;

Intel QX6700 Quad - Water Cooled
EVGA 680i
EVGA 8800GTX (2 off SLi rig)
Memory, Corsair CM2X1024-8500C5D

Boot up everything fine, simple applications everything OK.

Just started to test on COD2, everything set on the highest graphics levels etc, every 2 minutes there is a short beep! of the bios kind.

Immediately checked temps, CPU 42deg.C both GFX running at 79-80 deg.C.

Anyone know why I'm geeting the beep? I don't look like anyhting is overheating? what's the short beep mean?

what does your board read in the cmos code display when it beeps?

What power supply are you running

Tagan 1100W, the beeping has no set interval? beeps just once, definately a bios beep?

Computer works fine apart from the beep??????? or seems to?

that ps is more then enough unless its not working properly I can't really think of anything. Is there an "ff" on the board? also upgrade to the latest bios if you havnt already

Yes, it running at FF, I have just updated the bios, will do more testing, report back later.
