bios auto reset of boot order

I have an Asus M3A32-MVP motherboard. I have two external drives attached to the USB ports. The bios setting for the boot order are always changing. I will have to go into the bios nearly everytime I restart the computer to put the boot order back to where it should be.

I have disabled the second and third drives in the bios. Those also will reset. However, nothing else in the bios will change. I have also tried disabling the legacy support which works, but then the keyboard will not work during boot up. With the number of problems that I have been having with the memory and BSODs, this makes having to wait for the countdown at how I would like to boot up.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
