Bios 15 for the Fatal1ty fp-in9 sli

just going to put a new cpu in this and would like to know the best setings

cpu will be

Q6600 .. setings for this

one that is in now is

E6420 .. and setings for this

also should i even bother to put bios 15 on or will 14 do the job and thanks for any help
